A Day In a Bangladeshi Village Fair.

Kolaujan,Amirabad-Lohagara,a small Upazila in Chittagong on the Highway to Cox’sBazaar

I had the opportunity to enjoy this traditional village fair by introducing a friend named Nishan Das.It was really a awesome visit and i had a never ending affection and love from these village peoples,

the fair was mainly based on hindu_religious function “Great festival/ মহা উৎসব/moha utshob, for thei holy priest Mr. sri sri Anukul Thakur. the festival offers free dinner and lunch for the visitors and village people, and my experience with these non veg- food was really an epic moment of my life.

one thing that attracted more is the varieties of sweet meat, Like Shadhur Rosogolla (white bettery ,spongy, syrapy white sweet ball) and Amitri jilapi (red sweet ,crunchy).

overall the experiences were really great……………

Song that made me cry!

I’m jealous of the rain
That falls upon your skin
It’s closer than my hands have been
I’m jealous of the rain
I’m jealous of the wind

That ripples through your clothes
It’s closer than your shadow
Oh, I’m jealous of the wind
‘Cause I wished you the best of
All this world could give
And I told you when you left me
There’s nothing to forgive
But I always thought you’d come back, tell me all you found was
Heartbreak and misery
It’s hard for me to say, I’m jealous of the way
You’re happy without me
I’m jealous of the nights
That I don’t spend with you
I’m wondering who you lay next to
Oh, I’m jealous of the nights
I’m jealous of the love
Love that was in here
Gone for someone else to share
Oh, I’m jealous of the love
‘Cause I wished you the best of
All this…
